Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Aldera'da geçirdiğimiz hafta harika geçti. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, özellikle sabah kahvaltısı sırasında görüntü enfes. Havuzun etrafındaki şezlonglarda güneşlenmeyi çok sevdik. İki yatak odasındaki jacuzziler çok rahatlatıcıydı. Villa temiz ve iyi bakımlıydı. Mutfak eksiksiz donanımlı, barbekü yapabilmek harika. Wi-Fi biraz zayıf olabilir ama doğanın ortasında olduğu için anlaşılır. Aile tatili için mükemmel bir seçim."

"Villa Aldera 1 exceeded our expectations. The sea view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, and we spent most mornings just enjoying the scenery with our coffee. The pool area was immaculate and perfectly maintained. The two jacuzzis in the bedrooms were a lovely touch—my partner absolutely loved soaking in ours after long days exploring. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, and the open-plan living area made it feel spacious and welcoming. WiFi was a bit patchy at times, but honestly, it felt refreshing to disconnect. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway."
