ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

Villa Callidora 1 is an ultra-luxury villa for 6 people. The villa boasts a unique sea view.


The villa offers many extras, such as a sauna, a cinema room, a French bathtub in one bedroom, and much more.


The nearest beach is only 2 km from the villa.


Inside the house, a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area welcomes you. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch television (satellite reception).


The kitchen is well-equipped and features a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.


On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy meals together and barbecues on the furnished veranda with a dining area.


The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the connection may be weak or intermittent at times, as the villas are located in nature reserves.

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.
  • From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Benetto 1 exceeded all expectations for our family getaway. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were absolutely fantastic, especially with the kids. The property is immaculate and incredibly well-maintained. Location-wise, it's perfectly situated with stunning privacy, though the WiFi can be a bit spotty at times. The open-plan living area is gorgeous, and we loved hosting a barbecue on the terrace. Every luxury detail, from the sauna to the outdoor cinema, made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!"
