Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Zena 8 verbracht! Die Lage bei Fethiye ist herrlich ruhig und die Privatsphäre durch den Sichtschutz sehr angenehm. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse waren absolute Highlights – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Villa ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, aber in dieser naturnahen Lage völlig verständlich. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub mit viel Komfort und Ruhe. Gerne wieder!"

"Villa Zena 8'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Fethiye'ye yakın, sakin bir konumdaki villa gerçekten çok güzel. Havuzun yanındaki jakuzi çok rahat etti, özellikle akşam saatlerinde. Temizlik mükemmeldi, her şey çok tertipli. WiFi biraz zayıf olsa da, doğada olmak için sorun değildi. Geniş oturma alanı ve iyi donanımlı mutfak var. Havuz kenarındaki şezlonglarda güneşlenirken tadını çıkardık. Herkese tavsiye ederim!"

"Villa Zena 8'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Fethiye'ye yakın konumu çok pratik, doğanın ortasında sakin bir yer. Havuz ve jacuzzi gerçekten müthiş, akşamları jacuzzi'de oturmak unutulmaz. Villa temiz ve ferah, oturma alanları çok konforlu. Terasta yemek yemek ve ateşte et pişirmek enfes bir deneyim. WiFi biraz zayıf olabilir ama doğada olmayı hatırlattığı için sorun değil. Gizlilik harika, kimse rahatsız etmiyor. Mutlaka tekrar gelmek isteriz!"

Konumu Fethiye'ye yakın olması çok uygundu, ama sessiz bir alanda kalmak güzeldi. Temizlik mükemmeldi, tüm alanlar çok bakımlı bulundu. Wifi biraz zayıf olabiliyordu ama villa internetin her yerinde iyi çalışıyordu. Mutfak ekipmanları yeterliydi, grill yapabileceğiniz güzel bir veranda var. Personel çok yardımcı ve samimiydi. Tekrar gelmek istiyoruz."

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Zena 8 near Fethiye. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi on the terrace were absolute highlights—perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. The location is peaceful and private, surrounded by nature, though WiFi can be a bit spotty at times. The privacy screens were great, and we enjoyed several evenings grilling on the veranda. Overall, a fantastic getaway that we'd definitely recommend to others."

"Villa Zena 8 exceeded our expectations for a relaxing getaway near Fethiye. The pool and jacuzzi on the terrace were absolutely brilliant—we spent hours cooling off in the Turkish heat. The villa itself was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The location felt peaceful and secluded, perfect for families seeking privacy. WiFi worked reasonably well despite being in a nature reserve area. Staff were responsive to any questions. Only minor note: the air conditioning could've been a touch stronger, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. We'd definitely return."
