Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Zena 11 was absolutely brilliant for our family getaway near Fethiye. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after exploring the area, and we loved the privacy the villa offers. The location in Seydikemer is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly didn't bother us much given how remote and lovely the setting is. The covered terrace was ideal for our evening meals and relaxation. Highly recommend!"

"Villa Zena 11'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Fethiye'ye yakın konumu çok pratik, doğanın ortasında sakin bir ortam sağlıyor. Havuzu ve jakuzisi gerçekten muhteşem, akşamları orada zaman geçirmek harikaydı. Villa çok temiz ve iyi döşenmiş, tüm ihtiyaçlarımız karşılandı. Wifi biraz zayıf ama bu da doğanın bir parçası sanırım. Veranda'da yaptığımız ızgaraları hiç unutmayacağız. Geri dönüş için kaç gün sayıyoruz!"

"Villa Zena 11'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Fethiye'ye yakın konumu çok uygun, doğanın içinde sakin bir ortam. Havuz ve jacuzzi muhteşem, özellikle akşam saatleri jacuzzi'de oturmak unutulmaz. Villa çok temiz ve havalandırması iyi. Wifi biraz zayıf idi ama villa doğa içinde olduğu için normal. Mutfağı tam donanımlı, çok rahat yemek pişebildik. Gizlilik çok güzel, kimse rahatsız etmedi. Kesinlikle tekrar gelirdik."
