Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Zena 12 near Fethiye. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi on the terrace were absolute highlights – we spent most afternoons relaxing by the water. The location is peaceful and secluded, perfect for a proper getaway. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn't mind disconnecting. The only minor thing was air conditioning could have been stronger in the master bedroom during peak heat. Overall, we'd definitely return and would recommend it to families looking for privacy and comfort."

"Fethiye yakınlarındaki bu villa gerçekten harika bir seçim oldu. Pool başında güneşlenirken jacuzzi'de rahatlamak çok keyifliydi. Temizlik kusursuzdu, personel çok yardımcı ve misafirperver davrandı. Seydikemer'deki konumu doğası ile beraber huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor. Wifi biraz zayıf olabiliyordu ama bu doğal alan için beklenen birşey. Aile için mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Zena 12 verbracht! Die Lage in der Nähe von Fethiye ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse waren absolut herrlich – besonders abends im Jacuzzi zu entspannen war fantastisch. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und geräumig, mit allem, was man braucht. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils gut, nur gelegentliche Ausfälle. Die Sichtschutzwände geben echte Privatsphäre. Wir haben viel auf der Veranda gegrillt und die Zeit als Familie sehr genossen. Gerne wieder!"

"Villa Zena 12 exceeded our expectations for a relaxing getaway near Fethiye. The pool and jacuzzi on the terrace were absolutely lovely—we spent hours lounging and soaking up the sun. The villa was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, that felt like a feature rather than a bug given the peaceful natural surroundings. The privacy screens made us feel completely secluded, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for our evening grills. Highly recommend for couples or small families wanting to unwind."

"Villa Zena 12'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Fethiye'ye yakın bu sakin konumdaki villa gerçekten rahatlatıcı. Havuz ve jacuzzi harika, özellikle akşam saatlerinde jacuzzi'de zaman geçirmek çok keyifliydi. Temizlik çok iyi, her şey düzenli ve bakımlı. WiFi bazen biraz zayıf olabiliyor ama biz zaten dinlenmeye geldik. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, kendi yemeğimizi pişirebildik. Gizlilik açısından da ideal, etrafta kimse yok. Eğer huzur arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."
