Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Yaso 2'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, her sabah balkondan bakınca içim rahatladı. Havuz çok temiz ve suyu güzel, çocuklar saatlerce orada kaldı. Sauna ve hamam da çok hoştu, akşamları rahatlama fırsatı buldum. Personel her konuda yardımcı oldu. Tek küçük sorun wifi biraz zayıftı ama villa doğada olduğu için normal. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, kendi yemeklerimizi hazırladık. Ailemiz için mükemmel bir seçimdi, herkese tavsiye ederim."
