Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wunderbare Woche in der Villa Sefora! Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist absolut atemberaubend – wir haben jeden Morgen mit Kaffee dort verbracht. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren herrlich erfrischend. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das WiFi war manchmal etwas schwach. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Für einen entspannten Familienurlaub absolute Empfehlung!"

"قضينا أسبوعاً رائعاً في فيلا سيفورا مع العائلة. المنظر البحري من الفيلا ساحر حقاً، والاستمتاع بالمسبح والجاكوزي على التراس كان تجربة لا تُنسى. الفيلا نظيفة جداً وموقعها ممتاز، قريب جداً من الشاطئ. المطبخ مجهز بكل ما نحتاجه والموظفون لطيفون جداً. الاتصال بالإنترنت كان ضعيفاً أحياناً لكن هذا لم يفسد إجازتنا. سأعود بكل تأكيد."
