From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Unsere Familie hat sich in der Villa Nevita sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur 3 km zum Strand und in ruhiger Umgebung. Der Pool war herrlich, und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein echter Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens zuverlässig, nur manchmal etwas schwächer. Der Sichtschutz bietet echte Privatsphäre. Für unseren Urlaub mit Freunden war es eine ausgezeichnete Wahl!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Nevita! Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war herrlich und die Liegen um die Terrasse herum perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein besonderes Highlight. Die Lage ist praktisch – nur 3 km zum Strand. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils gut, nur manchmal etwas schwächer. Der Sichtschutz sorgt für schöne Privatsphäre. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!"

"Villa Nevita exceeded our expectations for a relaxing getaway. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was an absolute highlight—perfect after long beach days just 3km away. The pool area was immaculate and spacious, ideal for sunbathing. The open-plan living space felt comfortable and well-equipped, though we wish the WiFi had been more reliable. The furnished veranda was brilliant for evening meals and drinks. Staff were helpful throughout our stay. Privacy with the screening was much appreciated. Definitely recommend for couples or small families seeking a peaceful retreat."

Die Lage ist perfekt – nur 3 km zum Strand, aber trotzdem ruhig und privat durch den Sichtschutz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und die Veranda eignet sich ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Das WLAN könnte etwas stabiler sein, aber das ist Kleinigkeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"
