From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Alis exceeded our expectations for a romantic getaway. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was an amazing touch, and the private pool area with loungers was perfect for relaxing. The villa is spotless and beautifully designed with comfortable living spaces. The equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, and we loved grilling on the veranda. WiFi can be spotty due to the natural surroundings, but honestly, that felt right for unplugging. The privacy and seclusion are wonderful. Highly recommend for couples seeking a peaceful retreat."

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Alis! Die Privatsphäre durch den Sichtschutz war perfekt für unsere Auszeit. Der Pool und die gemütliche Terrasse mit Liegen waren herrlich zum Entspannen. Das Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein besonderes Highlight. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die offene Wohnfläche sehr geräumig. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils zuverlässig. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Alis! Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der private Pool war herrlich. Besonders beeindruckend war der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer – ein echtes Highlight für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die großzügige Terrasse ideal zum Entspannen. Das WLAN funktioniert zwar nicht immer perfekt, aber das ist angesichts der ruhigen Lage im Naturschutzgebiet völlig verständlich. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub!"

"Villa Alis'te harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz çok temiz ve jacuzzi çok rahatlatıcıydı. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, tüm ihtiyaçlarımız vardı. Wifi biraz zayıf olsa da doğa içinde olmak bunu telafi ediyor. Geniş verandada akşam yemeği yemek çok güzeldi. Ev iyi tasarlanmış, konforlu mobilyalar var. Güvenli ve özel bir alan. Personel yardımcı oldu. Herkese tavsiye ederim."
