Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Evo 1 exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The location is perfect—just 4km from the beach with stunning surroundings. The pool area was fantastic, and we spent hours relaxing on the loungers. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped; the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. WiFi worked most of the time, though occasionally spotty due to the natural setting. We enjoyed several evenings on the furnished veranda with grilling and meals together. Would definitely return!"

"Had a wonderful week at Villa Evo 1 with our family. The pool was absolutely perfect for the kids, and we spent most afternoons lounging on the terrace. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped—the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Location is great, just 4km from the beach. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly we didn't mind disconnecting. The staff was incredibly helpful when we arrived. Only minor complaint was the air conditioning could've been stronger in the bedrooms during hot afternoons. Overall, a fantastic getaway we'd definitely recommend."
