Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Evo 3 was perfect for our group of eight. The pool area is fantastic—we spent most days lounging by the water and grilling on the terrace in the evenings. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, though the WiFi can be spotty at times. Being only 4km from the beach was convenient, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable during the hot days. Staff were helpful with any questions. Great value for a family getaway."
