Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Evo 3! Das Haus ist geräumig und perfekt für unsere Familie mit 8 Personen. Der Pool war herrlich, und die Terrasse mit den Liegen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und wir haben mehrere schöne Grillabende auf der Veranda verbracht. Der Strand ist nur 4 km entfernt – sehr praktisch. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens, gelegentliche Ausfälle sind zu verschmerzen. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Villa für einen entspannten Urlaub!"

Der Pool war herrlich, und die Terrasse mit den Liegen ein absoluter Traum. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und wir haben mehrmals gegrillt – die Veranda ist ideal dafür. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils, wobei es ab und zu schwächer wird. Insgesamt ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub mit viel Komfort und Platz. Gerne wieder!"

Der Pool war herrlich, besonders die gemütlichen Liegen auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Veranda ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Der Strand ist nur 4 km entfernt, sehr praktisch. Das WLAN funktioniert meist zuverlässig, nur gelegentliche Ausfälle. Insgesamt ein tolles Urlaubshaus mit allem, was man braucht. Gerne wieder!"

"Villa Evo 3 was perfect for our group of eight. The pool area is fantastic—we spent most days lounging by the water and grilling on the terrace in the evenings. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, though the WiFi can be spotty at times. Being only 4km from the beach was convenient, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable during the hot days. Staff were helpful with any questions. Great value for a family getaway."
