  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.
  • From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Kayli'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz başındaki şezlonglarda güneşlenmek çok rahatlatıcıydı. Odadaki Jacuzzi ile akşamları çok keyifli anlar yaşadık. Villa çok temiz, konforlu oturma alanları var. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, kısaca hiçbir şey eksik değildi. WiFi bazen zayıf olabilse de, doğa içinde sessiz bir ortamda olmak gerçekten çok güzeldi. Gizliliği mükemmel, ailemizle özel vakit geçirmek için ideal bir yer. Tekrar gelmek isteriz."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Kayli! Das Haus ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet - die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer waren absolut entspannend. Die Terrasse mit den Liegen ist ideal zum Sonnenbaden und die Veranda perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Das WLAN funktioniert meist gut, hatte nur gelegentlich kleine Schwächen. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und der Sichtschutz garantiert Privatsphäre. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Kayli verbracht! Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war perfekt zum Entspannen, und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer hat uns begeistert. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, mit wunderbar geschütztem Privatbereich. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch, die Terrasse ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Das WiFi funktioniert akzeptabel, nur manchmal etwas schwach. Insgesamt ein großes Lob an die Villa und den angenehmen Aufenthalt!"

"Wir haben uns in der Villa Kayli rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Anlage ist wunderbar abgelegen mit großem Pool und gemütlicher Veranda zum Grillen. Das Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein echtes Highlight nach langen Tagen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das WLAN funktioniert zwar nicht immer perfekt, aber das stört in dieser ruhigen Lage nicht weiter. Ein wirklich entspanntes Familienwochenende!"

Der Pool und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer waren absolute Highlights – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Terrasse mit den Liegen lädt zum Faulenzen ein, und auf der Veranda haben wir schöne Grillabende verbracht. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens, aber wie erwähnt, kann es in dieser Naturschutzgebiet-Lage manchmal schwach sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles Nötige vorhanden. Ein wirklich schöner Rückzugsort für Paare oder kleine Familien. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Villa Kayli exceeded our expectations for a peaceful getaway. The private pool surrounded by loungers was perfect for relaxing, and the Jacuzzi in the bedroom was a lovely touch we didn't anticipate. The villa felt genuinely private with excellent screening. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we enjoyed grilling on the veranda. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn't mind disconnecting. The spacious living area kept us comfortable on rainy afternoons. We'd definitely return."
