Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Gundela'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Lüks tasarım ve gizlilik gerçekten mükemmel. İç havuz ve jakuzi çok rahat oldu, özellikle soğuk günlerde. Temizlik kusursuz, her şey çok düzenli ve bakımlı. WiFi bazen zayıf olabilir ama doğal alanda olduğu için anlaşılabilir. Geniş yaşam alanı ve mutfak yeterli ekipmanla donatılmış. Açık havada barbekü yapıp, güneşte dinlenme imkanı müthiş. Personel çok yardımcı ve nazikti. Bir daha ziyaret etmek istiyorum."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Gundela! Die Ausstattung ist wirklich beeindruckend – der beheizte Pool und der Jacuzzi waren absolut herrlich. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig und privat mit gutem Sichtschutz. Das WiFi funktioniert größtenteils gut, manchmal schwächelt es etwas, aber das ist verkraftbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die große Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Für vier Personen perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Villa Gundela'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Lüks villa gerçekten çok güzeldi, özellikle ısıtmalı iç havuz ve jakuzi müthişti. Temizlik kusursuzdu, her şey parlak ve düzenli idi. Gizlilik çok iyi sağlanmıştı, rahatlıkla dinlenebiliyorduk. WiFi bazen zayıf olabiliyordu ama genel olarak yeterli idi. Sauna ve hamam harika bir terapötik deneyim sundu. Veranda da muhteşem, ailece yemek yemek için ideal bir alan. Ev sahibi çok yardımcı ve nazikti. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Gundela! Die Luxusausstattung mit beheiztem Pool, Jacuzzi und Sauna hat uns begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und die Veranda mit Essplatz ist perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Der Sichtschutz bietet echte Privatsphäre. Nur das WLAN war manchmal schwach, aber das ist verkraftbar. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub."
