Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Atessa! Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend und die Terrasse mit den Liegen perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos selbst kochen konnten. Das Wohnzimmer mit den gemütlichen Sesseln war ideal für entspannte Abende. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils zuverlässig. Die Privatsphäre durch den Sichtschutz haben wir sehr geschätzt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Familienurlaub!"

"Villa Atessa'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Havuz çok temiz ve rahatlatıcıydı, özellikle şezlonglarda güneşlenme keyifliydi. Ev geniş ve konforlu, mutfak tüm ihtiyaçlarımız için yeterli donanıma sahipti. Veranda da ailece akşam yemeklerimizi çok güzel geçirdik. Wifi bazen zayıf olsa da, doğanın içinde olduğumuzu hatırlattı. Temizlik gayet iyi, personel yardımcı oldu. Aile için mükemmel bir tatil yeri. Tekrar gelmek istiyoruz."

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Atessa with our extended family. The villa comfortably accommodated all eight of us, and we loved relaxing by the pool on the spacious terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs, and the WiFi worked reasonably well despite being in a remote area. The furnished veranda was perfect for our evening meals and grilling. The open living space was cozy and inviting. Our only minor gripe was occasionally needing to venture outside for better signal, but that's a small price for such a peaceful location. We'd definitely return."

"Villa Atessa exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The spacious layout worked perfectly for our group of eight, and we loved relaxing by the pool on the sunny terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the covered veranda made our evening meals and grilling sessions memorable. WiFi was decent enough for our needs, though it did drop occasionally. The privacy from the screening was wonderful, and the comfortable living area kept everyone happy during downtime. Highly recommended for a peaceful Italian escape."
