Cancellation&Refund Conditions
  • Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:
  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.
  • From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Kalamia 2! Der Meerblick ist absolut atemberaubend und der Innenpool perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein Highlight für uns. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, falls man selbst kochen möchte. Das WLAN funktioniert meist zuverlässig, nur manchmal gab es kurze Ausfälle. Die Lage ist ruhig und privat, genau wie erhofft. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Kalamia 2! Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend und hat unsere Tage unvergesslich gemacht. Der Innenpool war perfekt für entspannte Stunden, und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein luxuriöses Highlight. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils gut, nur gelegentliche Schwankungen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die möblierte Veranda ideal für Grillabende. Ein bisschen schade war, dass die Parkplätze etwas eng waren, aber insgesamt können wir die Villa sehr empfehlen!"

"Villa Kalamia 2'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten çok güzel, sabah uyandığımızda balkondan bakıp hayran kaldık. İç havuz beklentilerimizi aştı, çok rahatlatıcı. Temizlik çok iyi, her şey organize ve düzenli. WiFi biraz zayıf olabilse de, doğa içinde olduğu için anlaşılır. Veranda'da yemek yemek ve sonrasında Jacuzzi'de vakit geçirmek muhteşem bir deneyim oldu. Personel çok ilgili ve yardımcı. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz."

Der Innenpool war perfekt an den heißen Tagen, und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer ein luxuriöses Highlight. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN funktionierte meistens zuverlässig. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Terrasse mit Liegen hätte noch etwas mehr Schatten gebraucht. Insgesamt aber eine großartige Erfahrung – sehr gerne wieder!"

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Kalamia 2 sehr genossen! Der Meerblick ist wirklich spektakulär und die Privatsphäre durch den Sichtschutz perfekt. Der Innenpool war an heißen Tagen eine willkommene Abkühlung, und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer ein echtes Highlight. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Das WLAN funktioniert meist problemlos. Einziger Hinweis: Die Straße zur Villa ist etwas eng, aber das ist Nebensache. Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen!"
