From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Elian! Die Lage bei Fethiye ist traumhaft, sehr ruhig und naturnah. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend und die Terrasse perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir konnten schöne Grillabende auf der Veranda genießen. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein besonderes Highlight. Das WLAN funktionierte meist zuverlässig, manchmal etwas schwach, aber für unseren Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Sichtschutz und Privatsphäre sind hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Villa Elian'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Fethiye'ye yakın konumu çok pratik, doğa içinde sakin bir ortam. Havuz muhteşem, güneşlenme alanları rahat ve ferah. Yatak odalarında jakuzi detayı gerçekten lüks bir dokunuş. Temizlik çok iyi düzey tutulmuş, personel yardımcı ve ilgili. Wi-Fi biraz zayıf olabilir ama buna göre haberimiz vardı. Mutfak eksiksiz donanımlı, grilleme alanı ailecek yemek yemek için ideal. Herkese tevsiye ederim."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Elian! Die Lage in der Nähe von Fethiye ist perfekt für Ausflüge, und der Pool war herrlich zum Abkühlen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders toll war der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer – absolute Entspannung! Das WLAN funktioniert zwar manchmal nicht perfekt, aber dafür genießt man die ruhige Naturumgebung umso mehr. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein, und wir haben dort viele schöne Abende verbracht. Gerne wieder!"
