Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"قضينا إجازة رائعة في فيلا ويندولا 2 مع العائلة الكبيرة. المنظر البحري من الفيلا خلاب وسحّاب حقاً، وكان الأطفال يستمتعون باللعب في حمامات السباحة الرائعة. النظافة كانت ممتازة والموقع قريب جداً من الشاطئ. المطبخ مجهز بشكل جيد وساعدنا على تحضير وجبات لذيذة. الإنترنت كان ضعيفاً أحياناً لكن لم يكن مشكلة كبيرة. الفيلا كبيرة وفسيحة وتستحق كل الثمن."
