Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Granada 2'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Villa çok ferah ve rahat, özellikle iç yüzme havuzu ve hamam harika. Temizlik çok iyi, her yer parlak ve düzenli. Konumu biraz uzak ama sessiz ve güzel, ailece rahatlıkla dinlenebildik. WiFi'nin bazen zayıf olması dışında, hizmet ve tesisler mükemmel. Havuz başında oturmuş, grill yapıp vakit geçirmek gerçekten keyifliydi. Fiyata değer, tekrar gelmek isterdik."

"Villa Granada 2'de geçirdiğimiz hafta harika oldu. Kapalı havuz ve jacuzzi gerçekten muhteşemdi, özellikle akşam saatlerinde çok rahatlatıcıydı. Villa çok temiz ve geniş, 8 kişi için mükemmel. Sauna ve hamam da misafirperverlikleri artırdı. Wi-Fi bazen zayıftı ama doğanın ortasında olduğu için anlayışlı olduk. Mutfak iyi donatılmıştı, kendi yemeğimizi pişirmek kolaydı. Havuzu çevreleyen teras gerçekten güzeldi. Tek şikayetim parking alanının biraz dar olması ama genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Ailecek tekrar gelmek istiyoruz."
