Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Unsere Familie hat sich in der Villa Polya 1 rundum wohlgefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war herrlich, besonders die zwei Jacuzzis in den Schlafzimmern waren ein großes Plus. Die Lage mit Meerblick ist einfach traumhaft und der Sichtschutz garantiert absolute Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse perfekt zum Entspannen. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens zuverlässig. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Villa für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub!"
