Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Kalila exceeded our expectations for a luxury getaway. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi were absolute highlights – we spent hours relaxing there. The villa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed with everything you need. The open-plan living area felt spacious and welcoming. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn't mind disconnecting. The property is genuinely private with excellent screening. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and grilling on the veranda. Highly recommend for couples or small groups seeking comfort and seclusion."

"Villa Kalila exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The heated indoor pool was fantastic, especially with the jacuzzi in our bedroom adding that luxury touch. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, that helped us disconnect. Cleanliness was excellent throughout. Our only minor note: the secluded location meant we were quite isolated, though that's probably the appeal for many. Highly recommend for a special retreat."

"Villa Kalila'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Isıtmalı iç havuz gerçekten müthiş, çocuklar saatlerce orada oynadı. Villa çok temiz ve şık döşenmişti, her şey hazırlanmış vaziyetteydi. Jacuzzi'li yatak odası ve sauna gibi lüks donanımlar beklentilerimizi aştı. Wifi biraz zayıf olabilir ama doğanın ortasında olduğu düşünülürse normal. Açık mutfağı ve geniş oturma alanı aile için ideal. Terasadaki havuz kenarı rahatlığı ve veranda'da yaptığımız ızgara akşamları unutulmaz oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz."
