From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Aya 1'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Havuz çok güzel ve temizlik mükemmel düzey. Ev gerçekten çok donanımlı, jacuzzi, hamam, sauna, sinema odası... hepsi var. Aile olarak çok keyif aldık, özellikle çocuklar oyun masalarında çok eğlendi. Terasta oturup yüzme yapabilmek çok hoştu. WiFi biraz zayıf olabiliyor ama yer zaten doğal alan içinde. Mutfak her şeyle donatılı, barbekü yapmak için harika bir spot var. İçeri girin, dışarı çıkın, her şey rahat. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."

"Villa Aya 1 exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The property is incredibly well-equipped with everything from the jacuzzi to the cinema room and pool table—there's never a dull moment. The pool area is fantastic, perfect for relaxing on the loungers. The villa itself is spotless and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made preparing meals easy. WiFi can be a bit spotty, but honestly, that was fine by us—it meant we actually disconnected and enjoyed time together. The jacuzzi was the real highlight. Highly recommend for groups looking for a private, luxury experience."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Villa Aya 1! Die Villa ist wirklich beeindruckend ausgestattet – der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer, die Sauna und das Hamam waren absolute Highlights. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend und die Terrasse mit den Liegen perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, aber das ist verschmerzbar. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur hat uns sehr gefallen. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Ausstattung war ideal für entspannte Abende. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen!"
