From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

"Villa Efthalia'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Havuz çok temiz ve ferah, güneşlenme için mükemmel liege sandalyeleri var. Ev oldukça geniş ve rahat, oturma odası gerçekten hoş. Mutfakta her şey mevcut, ızgara akşamları için harika bir veranda. WiFi biraz zayıf olabiliyordu ama doğa içinde olmayı düşünürsek normal. Aile için beş kişilik alan ideal. Bir daha gitmeyi isterdik!"

"Villa Efthalia exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The pool was pristine and the surrounding terrace perfect for lounging. We loved the unique touches like the Jacuzzi and billiards table—kept everyone entertained. The villa is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, though WiFi was a bit spotty at times. The location felt private and peaceful, ideal for escaping the hustle. Staff were responsive to any questions. Only minor note: air conditioning could've been stronger in peak heat. Overall, fantastic experience and would definitely return."
