Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Tuala! Die Villa ist geräumig und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool war herrlich zum Entspannen, besonders die Liegen auf der Terrasse. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein echtes Highlight für uns. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens gut, manchmal war es etwas schwach, aber für den Urlaub okay. Die Lage ist fantastisch und sehr privat. Wir haben mehrere Grillabende auf der Veranda genossen. Gerne wieder!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Tuala! Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich, besonders die Liegen auf der Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein echtes Highlight für uns. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils zuverlässig. Die abgelegene Lage hat uns gefallen – perfekt zum Abschalten. Nur kleine Kritik: Manchmal war die Reinigung etwas zu oberflächlich. Insgesamt können wir die Villa aber sehr empfehlen!"

"Our week at Villa Tuala was fantastic. The pool area was gorgeous with plenty of loungers, and the jacuzzi in the master bedroom was a lovely surprise after long days exploring. The villa is spacious and well-equipped—the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the open living area was perfect for our family. WiFi worked most of the time, though it did drop occasionally, which wasn't a major issue for us. The private setting gave us the seclusion we wanted. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!"

"Villa Tuala'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz çok temiz ve rahatlatıcıydı, özellikle sıcak günlerde çocuklar orada vakit geçirmekten çıkmak istemediler. Yatak odalarındaki Jacuzzi gerçekten lüks bir dokunuş. Veranda alanı ailece yemek yemek için mükemmel, bahçede ışıklandırma da çok güzeldi. WiFi zaman zaman kesiliyordu ama bu önemli değildi, zaten tatil yapmaya gelmişiz. Evin konumu harika, sessiz ve sakin bir alanda. Temizlik çok iyi, her şey düzenli. Tesisin tüm detayları düşünülmüş. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz."

"Villa Tuala exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The pool area was absolutely stunning with plenty of loungers, and the Jacuzzi in the bedroom was a lovely surprise. The villa is spacious and well-equipped—the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. WiFi worked most of the time, though it did drop occasionally, which we understood given the natural surroundings. The private setting with good privacy screening made it feel like our own retreat. Staff was helpful when we needed assistance. We'd definitely return for another relaxing holiday."

Der Pool war herrlich, und die Terrasse mit den Liegen ideal zum Entspannen. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein tolles Extra. Die Lage ist ruhig und privat, mit schönem Sichtschutz. Das WLAN funktionierte zwar nicht immer zuverlässig, aber dafür ist man ja im Urlaub. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, und die Veranda perfekt für Grillabende. Sehr empfehlenswert!"
