Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Delta 1 exceeded our expectations for a luxury getaway. The ocean views are absolutely stunning, and we spent most afternoons lounging by the pool with a drink in hand. The property is immaculate and well-maintained. The two jacuzzis and sauna were fantastic after long days exploring. WiFi was decent most of the time, though it did drop occasionally. The open kitchen and spacious living area made it easy to relax as a group of six. A truly special place—we'd definitely return."

"Villa Delta'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, her sabah balkondan bu güzel manzarayı görmek başlı başına değerdi. Havuz ve jakuzi tamamen beklentilerimizi karşıladı, çocuklar çok eğlendi. Villa çok temiz ve bakımlıydı, hizmet personeli oldukça yardımcı oldu. WiFi bazen kesintiye uğradı ama bu bölgede gayet normal. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, kalabalık aile için mükemmel bir seçim. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz."

"Villa Delta 1 exceeded our expectations. The oceanview from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, and the pool area was perfect for our family. The villa is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could need—the cinema room and jacuzzis were fantastic touches. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn't mind disconnecting. The privacy and seclusion made it feel like our own private retreat. Highly recommend for a luxury getaway."

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Delta 1 verbracht! Der Meerblick ist absolut atemberaubend und die Lage perfekt für Ruhe und Entspannung. Der Pool war herrlich, besonders die beiden Jacuzzis haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Villa ist luxuriös ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils gut, hatte nur gelegentlich kurze Ausfälle. Die geräumigen Räume und die große Terrasse luden zum Verweilen ein. Für Familien und Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen!"
