Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Cecibel 1! Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend und die Ausstattung beeindruckend – der beheizte Pool und die Sauna haben uns besonders gefallen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und geräumig, perfekt für unsere Familie. Das WLAN war manchmal schwach, aber das ist verständlich angesichts der Lage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ideal zum Entspannen. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt: Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Informationen zur Bedienung der technischen Geräte gewünscht. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Urlaub – sehr empfehlenswert!"
