Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Astaria 1 exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The sea views are absolutely stunning, and the kids loved the pool and separate splash pool. The villa is spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn't mind unplugging. The jacuzzis in the bedrooms were a nice touch. Just be prepared for those 70 steps to the entrance—not ideal with luggage. Overall, an amazing experience and we'd definitely return."

"Wunderbare Woche in der Villa Astaria 1! Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend und die Poolanlage mit Kinderpool perfekt für unsere Familie. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein Highlight. WLAN funktionierte meistens zuverlässig. Die 70 Stufen zum Eingang sind anstrengend, aber machbar. Sichtschutz und Privatsphäre waren ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Urlaub – sehr gerne wieder!"
