ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
Villa Neva 1 is a luxury villa with privacy screening for four people and a heated indoor pool.
The villa also features a large Jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms, located right next to the indoor pool. In addition, the villa offers a sauna, a foosball table, and a swing.
Inside the villa, you'll find a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch TV (satellite reception).
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, such as pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy meals and barbecues on the furnished veranda with a dining area.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the connection may be weak or intermittent at times, as the villas are located in nature reserves.

Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Neva 1! Der beheizte Innenpool war fantastisch – perfekt für entspannende Badetage. Die Sauna und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer waren absolute Highlights. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit gemütlichen Räumen. Die großzügige Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein, und wir haben viele schöne Grillabende auf der Veranda verbracht. Das WLAN funktioniert meist gut, nur gelegentlich Schwankungen. Insgesamt ein wirklich luxuriöses Angebot für vier Personen. Sehr gerne wieder!"

"Villa Neva 1'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. İç havuz ve jakuzi gerçekten muhteşemdi, çocuklar sauna ve masöz tarafından çok etkilendiler. Villa çok temiz ve rahat, hepimiz rahatça uyuduk. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, grilleme için harika verandası var. WiFi biraz zayıf olabilir ama doğada olduğumuzu hatırlatıyor. Lüks bir villa, aile için mükemmel. Tavsiye ederim."

Sauna ve diğer olanaklar ailemizi çok mutlu etti. Wifi biraz zayıf olabilse de, bu doğa alanında fazla sorun olmadı. Verandada yaptığımız ızgarada güzel anılar oluşturduk. Temizlik ve konforu için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"
