ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
Villa Mai 2 is a luxury villa for 6 people. The villa boasts a unique sea view.
The villa features a French bathtub in one bedroom, a children's pool, a pool table, foosball, and an air hockey table.
- The nearest beach is just 3 km from the villa.
Inside the house, a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area welcomes you. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch TV (satellite reception).
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, such as pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy meals and barbecues together on the furnished veranda with a dining area.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the connection may be weak or intermittent at times, as the villas are located in nature reserves.

Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
