ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
Villa Kalamaki 5 is a luxury villa for 10 people. The villa has a unique sea view and an infinity pool.
The villa offers a private beach area, a pool table, and a ping-pong table.
- The nearest beach is just 80 meters from the villa.
Inside the villa, you'll find a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch TV (satellite reception).
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, such as pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy meals and barbecues together on the furnished veranda with a dining area.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the connection may be weak or intermittent at times, as the villas are located in nature reserves.

Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Kalamaki 5! Der Meerblick ist absolut atemberaubend und der Infinity-Pool einfach herrlich. Die Lage direkt am Strand (nur 80m entfernt) ist perfekt für Entspannung. Die Villa ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das WLAN funktioniert meist gut, manchmal gab es kleine Schwankungen, aber das ist zu verkraften. Die Veranda ist ideal zum Grillen und Zusammensein. Sehr sauberes Haus mit durchdachtem Layout. Parkplatz war ausreichend. Absolute Empfehlung für Familienurlaub!"

"Villa Kalamaki'de geçirdiğimiz hafta harika oldu. Sonsuz havuz ve deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, özellikle sabah kahvaltısını terassta yaparken. Temizlik çok iyi, her şey düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Konumda da memnunuz - plaja sadece 80 metre mesafede, yürüyerek kolayca gidilebiliyor. WiFi bazen zayıfsa da, doğal alanın ortasında olduğu için anlaşılıyor. 10 kişi rahatça kalabiliyor, aile için ideal bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum, tekrar gelmek istiyoruz!"

"Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Kalamaki 5 verbracht. Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend und der Infinity-Pool einfach herrlich. Die Lage direkt am Strand – nur 80 Meter entfernt – ist perfekt für Familien. Die Villa ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, aber das ist kein großes Problem. Die Terrasse mit Liegen lädt zum Entspannen ein, und die Grillabende auf der Veranda waren unvergesslich. Sehr empfehlenswert!"
