Cancellation&Refund Conditions
  • Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:
  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.
  • From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Ariana 1! Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend, und die Terrasse mit den Liegen perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Jacuzzi im Bad war ein echtes Highlight nach langen Tagen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Veranda ideal für Grillabende. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils zuverlässig. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Netzverbindung war manchmal schwach. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert für einen erholsamen Urlaub!"

Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend, und die Liegen auf der Terrasse perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Jacuzzi im Badezimmer war ein tolles Extra nach langen Tagen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und wir haben mehrere schöne Grillabende auf der Veranda verbracht. Das WLAN funktioniert meist zuverlässig. Die Privatsphäre durch den Sichtschutz hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub!"

"Villa Ariana 1 was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous, and we spent most afternoons lounging on the sun beds. The Jacuzzi in the bathroom was a lovely touch after long days exploring. The villa stayed cool thanks to efficient air conditioning, even during the warmest afternoons. WiFi worked well enough for checking emails, though it occasionally dropped. The open-plan living and dining space felt spacious and welcoming. We loved grilling on the furnished veranda in the evenings. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!"
