Villa Afera is a villa for four people with privacy screens.
The villa also features a Jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch TV (satellite reception).
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, such as pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy meals and barbecues on the furnished veranda with a dining area.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the connection may be weak or intermittent at times, as the villas are located in nature reserves.

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Afera exceeded our expectations for a four-person getaway. The privacy screens made us feel wonderfully secluded, and the pool was perfect for cooling off during hot afternoons. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a lovely surprise! The villa is well-equipped with everything you'd need, and the open-plan living area is genuinely comfortable. WiFi can be spotty due to the natural setting, but honestly, that encouraged us to disconnect and relax more. Staff was attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape."

"Villa Afera exceeded our expectations for a relaxing getaway. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of loungers, and the privacy screening made it feel like our own little paradise. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a lovely touch for unwinding after days out exploring. WiFi was decent most of the time, though it did drop occasionally. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the covered veranda was perfect for our grilling nights. The spacious living area kept us comfortable during downtime. Highly recommend for a couples escape or small family break."

"Villa Afera'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz kenarındaki şezlonglar çok rahat, güneşte dinlenmek için mükemmel. Villada her şey temiz ve düzenli, özellikle yatak odasındaki jacuzzi çok lüks bir dokunuş. Mutfak iyi donatılmış, barbekü akşamlarını verandada eğlenceli hale getirdi. WiFi bazen zayıf olsa da, tabiatın ortasında olmak bunu telafi ediyor. Gizlilik ve konfor açısından mükemmel bir seçim. Tekrar gelmek isteriz!"

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Afera verbracht! Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend, und die Liegen auf der Terrasse perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders beeindruckend war der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer – ein echtes Highlight! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das WLAN funktioniert meist zuverlässig. Der Sichtschutz bietet angenehme Privatsphäre. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Netzverbindung war manchmal etwas schwach. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen Urlaub!"
