Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Casada 1 exceeded our expectations for a relaxing getaway. The pool area was absolutely stunning with plenty of loungers, and the privacy screens made it feel like our own oasis. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a lovely touch—perfect for unwinding after days exploring the area. WiFi was adequate for our needs, though occasionally spotty as warned. The villa was impeccably clean, and the open-plan living space felt spacious and comfortable. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for couples or small families seeking luxury and tranquility."
