Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Casada'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz çok temiz ve ferah, güneşlenme için mükemmel alanlar vardı. Yatak odasındaki jakuzi gerçekten lüks bir dokunuş, çok rahatlatıcı. Mutfak iyi donanımlı ve verandada yemek yemek çok güzeldi. WiFi biraz zayıf olabilse de, doğa içinde olmak bunun için iyi bir telafi. Ev gerçekten özel ve gizlilik açısından harika. Temizlik mükemmel, personel yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"

Mutfak iyi donanımlı, grilleme için gerekli her şey vardı. Veranda çok konforlu, aile olarak yemeklerimizi burada yedik. Wifi biraz zayıf olabiliyor ama doğanın içinde olduğu için anlaşılabilir. Gizlilik harika, hiç rahatsızlık hissetmedik. Temizlik mükemmeldi, personel çok yardımcıydı. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz!"

"Villa Casada 1 exceeded our expectations for a relaxing getaway. The property is beautifully designed with excellent privacy, and the pool area is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of loungers. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a lovely touch for evening relaxation. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we enjoyed several meals on the lovely veranda. WiFi worked reasonably well most of the time, though occasionally dropped as mentioned. The villa felt spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the open-plan living area was perfect for our group of four. Highly recommended for a peaceful escape."

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Casada 1 verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend an den heißen Tagen, und die Terrasse mit den Liegen bot den perfekten Platz zum Entspannen. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils gut, nur gelegentliche Ausfälle. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, und wir konnten problemlos selbst kochen. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein schönes Extra. Die Villa bietet absoluten Sichtschutz und lag in wunderbar ruhiger Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

The villa was impeccably clean, and the open-plan living space felt spacious and comfortable. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
