ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
Villa Callidora 5 is an ultra-luxury villa for 10 people. The villa boasts a unique sea view.
The villa offers many extras, such as a sauna, a cinema room, a French bathtub in one bedroom, a whirlpool and much more.
- The nearest beach is only 2 km from the villa.
Inside the house, a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area welcomes you. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch television (satellite reception).
The kitchen is well-equipped and features a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy meals together and barbecues on the furnished veranda with a dining area.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the connection may be weak or intermittent at times, as the villas are located in nature reserves.

Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Callidora'da geçirdiğimiz hafta harika oldu. Manzara gerçekten göz kamaştırıcı, denize sadece 2 km uzaklıkta. Havuz çok temiz ve rahatlatıcıydı, özellikle sıcak günlerde çocuklar burada saatlarca oynadı. Villa çok geniş, 10 kişilik aile için mükemmel. Klima sorunsuz çalışıyor, yazın ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Sauna ve jakuzi gerçekten lüks bir deneyim sundu. Wifi biraz zayıf olabiliyordu ama bu doğal koşullar için anlaşılabilir. Personel çok yardımcı ve misafirperver davrandı. Mutlaka tekrar gelmek istiyoruz."

"Villa Callidora 5 exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The sea views are absolutely stunning, and we spent hours relaxing by the pool with cold drinks in hand. The villa is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like the sauna and whirlpool that made our stay feel genuinely luxurious. The location is perfect—just 2km from the beach and surrounded by nature. WiFi was a bit temperamental at times, but honestly, we didn't mind unplugging. The spacious kitchen and outdoor dining areas were ideal for gathering everyone together. Highly recommend for groups seeking comfort and tranquility."

"Villa Callidora 5 hat unseren Familienurlaub unvergesslich gemacht! Der Meerblick ist wirklich spektakulär und der Pool herrlich. Die Ausstattung ist beeindruckend – Sauna, Whirlpool und Kinoraum haben allen gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 2 km zum Strand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, perfekt zum Kochen. Das WLAN war etwas schwach, aber für die traumhafte Umgebung verzeihen wir das gerne. Eine absolute Traumvilla für Gruppen!"

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Callidora 5 verbracht! Der Meerblick ist wirklich atemberaubend und der Pool war perfekt für entspannte Tage. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und geräumig für unsere Gruppe. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, und die Veranda mit Grillplatz war ideal für gemeinsame Abende. Das WiFi war manchmal etwas schwach, aber für den Preis absolut akzeptabel. Die Lage nur 2 km vom Strand entfernt ist fantastisch. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – danke dafür!"

"Villa Callidora'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, her sabah balkonda kahvaltı yapmak istiyorduk. Havuz çok temiz ve rahat, çocuklar suyun içinde saatlarca kaldı. Konum da iyi, sahile sadece 2 km uzaklıktaymış. Sauna ve jakuzi gibi ekstra olanaklar çok hoştu. Wifi biraz zayıf olabiliyordu ama doğal alanda olduğumuzu düşününce anlaşılır. Mutfak tam donanımlı, rahatça yemek hazırladık. Personel çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterdik."
