ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
Villa Mabella 1 is a luxury villa for 10 people with a heated outdoor pool. The villa boasts a unique sea view.
The villa offers many extras, such as a whirlpool by the pool, a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, a French bathtub in one of the bedrooms, a billiard table and much more.
- The nearest beach is just 1 km from the villa.
Inside the house, a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area welcomes you. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch TV (satellite reception).
The well-equipped kitchen features a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy meals together and barbecues on the furnished veranda with a dining area.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. The network connection may be weak or break down at times, as the villas are located in nature reserves.

Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Mabella'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Deniz manzarası inanılmazdı, özellikle gün batımında. Isıtmalı havuz mükemmeldi, çocuklar havuzda saatlarca oynadı. Ev çok temiz ve iyi döşenmişti. Mutfak ekipmanları yeterliydi, barbekü akşamlarımız harika oldu. WiFi biraz zayıftı ama villa doğada olduğu için beklediğimiz bir şeydi. Strand sadece 1 km uzaklıktaydı. Büyük grup için çok rahat, herkes kendi alanını bulabiliyordu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."

"Villa Mabella exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The heated pool and ocean views were absolutely stunning—we spent most mornings on the terrace with coffee overlooking the sea. The villa is spacious and well-equipped; the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Location-wise, being just 1km from the beach was perfect. WiFi was decent most of the time, though it did drop occasionally. The jacuzzi and whirlpool were fantastic extras. Only minor note: air conditioning could've been stronger in the bedrooms during peak heat. Overall, brilliant property for a larger group."

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Villa Mabella verbracht! Der Meerblick ist absolut spektakulär und der beheizte Pool war perfekt für unsere ganze Familie. Die Villa ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet – besonders der Whirlpool und die Dachterrasse waren ein Highlight. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar, nur 1 km entfernt. Das WLAN funktionierte meistens gut, war aber gelegentlich etwas schwach. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Reinigung hätte gründlicher sein können. Insgesamt aber eine fantastische Unterkunft für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!"

Die Villa ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet – alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Der Strand ist nur 1 km entfernt, sehr praktisch. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils gut. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Netzverbindung war manchmal etwas schwach. Trotzdem – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!"
