ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
Villa Chara 1 is a villa for 4 persons with privacy screens.
The villa offers a host of special amenities, including a Jacuzzi located within one of the bedrooms, a sauna, a children's pool and much more.
Inside the house, a spacious living room featuring an open-plan dining area welcomes you upon arrival. Cozy armchairs and sofas invite you to indulge in sweet idleness, read a book, or watch television (satellite reception included).
The kitchen is highly practical and, in addition to a gas stove, is equipped with all essential appliances and utensils—such as pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and much more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can relax on the sun loungers and let the sun pamper you. You can enjoy shared meals and host barbecue evenings on the furnished veranda, which features a dedicated dining area.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the network connection may occasionally be weak or drop out, as the villas are situated within nature conservation areas.

Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
