Cancellation&Refund Conditions
  • Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:
  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.
  • From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Nevia'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, sabah uyandığımızda balkondan görülen manzara unutulmaz. Havuz temiz ve rahatlatıcı, jacuzziler de çok güzeldi. Villa temiz ve iyi bakımlı, mutfak tüm ihtiyaçlarımız için yeterli ekipmanla donatılmış. Wifi zaman zaman kopsa da, doğanın içinde olduğumuz için sorun değil. Terasada ailece akşam yemekleri yemek çok keyifli oldu. Personel her zaman yardımcı ve samimiydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"

"Villa Nevia'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Deniz manzarası inanılmazdı, her sabah balkondan güneş doğuşunu izlemek müthişti. Havuz çok temizdi ve jacuzziler gerçekten rahatlatıcıydı. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, hepimiz birlikte yemek pişirebildik. Veranda da buluşup akşam yemeği yemek çok keyifliydi. WiFi bazen kesintiye uğradı ama ormanlık alanda olduğu için anlaşılır. Temizlik en başından itibaren kusursuzdu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Nevia! Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist absolut atemberaubend und die Jacuzzis in den Schlafzimmern waren ein echtes Highlight. Der Pool und die großzügige Terrasse haben uns perfekt zum Entspannen eingeladen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Grillabende auf der Veranda waren unvergesslich. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils zuverlässig, gelegentliche Ausfälle störten uns nicht weiter. Ein wirklich empfehlenswerter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden!"

"Villa Nevia exceeded our expectations for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view from the terrace is absolutely stunning—we spent hours just soaking it in. The pool area was perfect for cooling off, and the jacuzzis in the bedrooms were a lovely touch. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The only minor issue was occasional WiFi drops, but honestly, it felt right—we were there to disconnect anyway. The staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
