Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Aldera 2'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, her sabah kahvaltıyı terassta yapmak harika bir deneyimdi. Havuz temiz ve rahat, jacuzzi'ler de çok güzeldi. Temizlik düzeyi yüksekti, personel çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlüydü. WiFi bazen zayıf olsa da, doğa içinde olmak bunun telafisini yaptı. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, barbekü akşamları çok keyifliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"

"Villa Aldera 2 exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The sea view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, and we spent most afternoons lounging by the pool with a good book. The villa is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with everything you need in the kitchen. The jacuzzis in the bedrooms were a lovely touch. WiFi can be spotty at times, but honestly, that felt like a feature rather than a bug—it forced us to actually disconnect. Parking was convenient, and the privacy with the screening was perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape."
