ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
Villa Grande 3 is a luxury villa with privacy screening for four people and a heated indoor pool.
The villa also boasts a foosball table, an indoor pool and a large Jacuzzi located in one of the bedrooms.
Info: The indoor pool at Villa Grande 3 is not heated.
Inside, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch television (satellite reception).
The practical kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can bask in the sun on the loungers. The furnished veranda, complete with a dining area, is perfect for enjoying meals together or hosting barbecue evenings.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the connection may occasionally be weak or drop, as the villas are situated in nature reserves.
For hygiene reasons, the indoor pool is heated to a maximum temperature of 28°C.

Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
