Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Niassa! Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend und der beheizte Innenpool hat uns bei jedem Wetter Spaß gebracht. Die Villa ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet – die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar, perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, aber das ist kein großes Problem. Besonders der Kinoraum und der Jacuzzi haben den Kindern gefallen. Eine tolle Unterkunft für Familienurlaub!"

"Villa Niassa exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The heated indoor pool was fantastic, especially with the sauna access included. The sea views from the villa are absolutely stunning, and we loved being just 1km from the beach. The place is incredibly well-equipped with the cinema room and games keeping everyone entertained. WiFi was a bit patchy at times, but honestly we didn't mind unplugging. The open living spaces are perfect for group gatherings. Highly recommend if you want luxury and privacy in one package."

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Niassa verbracht! Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend und die Lage nur 1 km vom Strand entfernt perfekt. Der beheizte Innenpool war herrlich, besonders die Sauna danach. Die Villa ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse ideal für Grillabende mit der Familie. Das WLAN war etwas schwach, aber angesichts der ruhigen Lage verkraftbar. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!"
