Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Moon exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The sea views are absolutely stunning, and we spent most afternoons lounging by the pool with a cold drink. The jacuzzis in the bedrooms were a lovely touch after long days out. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor terrace was perfect for our grilling sessions. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn't mind disconnecting. The villa accommodated all eight of us comfortably. Highly recommended!"

"Villa Moon'da geçirdiğimiz hafta harika oldu. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, sabah uyandığımızda balkonda kahvaltı yaparken manzaraya hayran kaldık. Havuz çok temiz ve ferah, çocuklar bütün gün orada vakit geçirdi. Jacuzziler de çok rahat, akşamları rahatlamak için ideal. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, kendi yemeklerimizi hazırlamakta hiç sorun yaşamadık. Wifi biraz zayıf olsa da genel olarak iyi bir tatil geçirdik. Ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Moon! Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend und der Pool perfekt für entspannte Tage. Die Ausstattung ist top – die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Besonders toll waren die Jacuzzis in den Schlafzimmern. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das WLAN war manchmal etwas instabil. Aber das ist kein großes Problem. Die Villa ist ideal für Familien oder größere Gruppen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir haben uns in der Villa Moon rundum wohlfühlt! Der Meerblick ist wirklich atemberaubend und die beiden Jacuzzis in den Schlafzimmern waren ein absolutes Highlight für unsere Familie. Der Pool mit den gemütlichen Liegen war perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Veranda ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils zuverlässig. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Haus könnte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!"

"Villa Moon'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, sabah uyanıp balkona çıkınca nefes kesiyor. Havuz mükemmel ve temizliği çok iyi. Jacuzzi'ler odaların içinde olması lüks bir dokunuş. WiFi bazen zayıf olsa da, doğal ortamın içinde olmak bunun karşılığını fazlasıyla veriyor. Mutfak eksiksiz donanımlı, rahatça yemek hazırlayabildik. Personel çok yardımcı ve nazıktı. Aile için ideal bir villa, herkese tavsiye ederim."
