Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Rosetta exceeded our expectations for a week away with family. The sea views are absolutely stunning, and we loved relaxing by the pool on the furnished terraces. The villa comfortably fit all eight of us, and the jacuzzis in the bedrooms were a lovely touch. Location-wise, being just 3km from the beach was perfect. WiFi worked reasonably well despite the remote setting. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Staff was helpful when needed. Only minor issue was occasional WiFi drops, but honestly, it felt nice to disconnect. Would definitely return."
