Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Rivana'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. İç havuzun ısıtılması çok güzeldi, özellikle akşamları Jacuzzi'de rahatlamak müthişti. Manzara gerçekten göz kamaştırıcı, deniz görüntüsü her açıdan mükemmel. Konum harika, sadece 3 km uzakta sahil var. Wifi biraz zayıf olabilir ama tabii ki doğa ortasında beklenen bir şey. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, rahat şekilde yemek hazırladık. Personel çok yardımcı ve kibar. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, aile için ya da çift için mükemmel bir seçim."

"Villa Rivana hat uns wirklich begeistert! Der beheizte Pool ist herrlich, besonders in den kühleren Monaten. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils gut, nur ab und zu Unterbrechungen. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lage in der Natur bedeutet, dass man etwas abgelegen ist. Alles in allem ein wundervolles Erlebnis, das wir gerne wiederholen würden!"

"Villa Rivana'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. İç yüzü havuzun ısıtılması çok güzel, özellikle akşamları rahatlama için ideal. Odadaki jacuzzi lüks bir dokunuş. Deniz manzarası gerçekten nefes kesici ve villa sakin bir konumda. Wifi bazen zayıf olabilir ama doğanın içinde olduğu için anlaşılır. Terrası havuz etrafında çok şık düzenlenmiş. Sadece pişirilen yemeklerin hepsi lezzetli olursa daha iyi olurdu. Personel yardımcı ve misafirperver. Kumsal da yakın, rahat erişilebilir. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"

"Wir haben uns in der Villa Rivana sofort wohlgefühlt! Der Meerblick ist wirklich spektakulär und der beheizte Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein schöner Bonus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils, allerdings gab es gelegentliche Ausfälle, aber das ist verkraftbar. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Eine wunderbare Auszeit für zwei Personen!"
