Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Alvador 2 exceeded our expectations for a four-person getaway. The sea views were absolutely stunning, and we loved relaxing by the pool with the ocean as our backdrop. The location is perfect—just 2km from the beach, yet peaceful and secluded. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice luxury, and the garden fireplace made our evenings special. WiFi was a bit spotty as warned, but honestly, that helped us disconnect. The villa is spacious and well-equipped. Our only minor complaint was the occasional air conditioning hiccup on the hottest days. Overall, a wonderful retreat we'd definitely return to."

The location is perfect—just two kilometers from the beach, yet peaceful and secluded. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice touch, and we enjoyed several evenings around the garden fire pit. WiFi was a bit spotty as warned, but it didn't bother us much since we were there to disconnect. The villa is well-equipped and spacious. Staff were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal escape."

"Villa Alvador 2'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, sabah kahvaltısını terasda yapmanın tadını çıkardık. Havuz çok temiz ve rahatlatıcıydı, özellikle sıcak günlerde. Konum harika, plaja sadece 2 km uzaklıkta. Jacuzzi'yi çok sevdik, akşamları rahatlamamız için ideal oldu. Wifi biraz zayıf olabilir ama bunu biliyorduk. Personel çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlüydü. Tüm ailemiz çok mutlu ayrılıştı."

"Villa Alvador 2'de harika bir tatil geçirdik. Deniz manzarası muhteşemdi, havuz ve bahçedeki ateş çukuru akşamları çok keyifliydi. Temizlik konusunda kusursuzdu, klima ve park yeri sorunsuzdu. Konum sakin ve huzurluydu, sahile yakınlığı da büyük avantaj. Tek eksiği, belirtildiği gibi, zaman zaman kesilen Wifi bağlantısıydı. Personel çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz."
