Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Palme'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Deniz manzarası gerçekten muhteşem, özellikle terasstan sabah kahvaltısı yaparken. Havuz bölgesi çok güzel tasarlanmış, jacuzzi'leri çok sevdik. Temizlik mükemmel, personel çok yardımcı ve ilgili. WiFi bazen zayıf olsa da genel olarak sorun olmadı. İki mutfağı sayesinde yemek hazırlamak çok kolay oldu. Plaja sadece 800 metre, çocuklar için ideal konumda. Her ayrıntı düşünülmüş, lüks ve rahat. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, tekrar gelmek istiyoruz!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Palme! Die Luxusausstattung ist beeindruckend – der Pool mit Jacuzzi, die beiden Küchen und all die zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten haben uns verwöhnt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist spektakulär, und der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, aber das störte uns kaum angesichts des Paradieses um uns herum. Perfekt für eine Familiengruppe wie unsere. Gerne wieder!"

"Die Lage ist fantastisch – nur 800m zum Strand und der Meerblick ist atemberaubend. Der Pool mit Jacuzzi und das Sound-Licht-System haben uns begeistert, besonders die Kinder. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos und die zwei Küchen praktisch für größere Gruppen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Klimaanlage hätte stärker sein können bei der Hitze. Es war fast 50 Grad :D Insgesamt eine Luxus-Villa mit großartigem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen!"
