From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Our stay at Villa Caja was absolutely lovely. The villa is spacious and beautifully designed with privacy screens, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of comfortable loungers for sunbathing. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a wonderful surprise—such a nice touch! The fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy, and the covered veranda was ideal for our evening grills. WiFi worked reasonably well considering the location. The whole property felt clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for families or couples looking for a peaceful retreat."

"Villa Caja'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz çok temizdi ve jacuzzi özellikle rahatlatıcıydı. Konumu sakin ve doğal, gizlilik açısından mükemmel. Mutfak eksiksiz donanımlı, yemek pişirmek çok kolay oldu. Wi-Fi biraz zayıf olsa da, biz zaten rahatlama amaçlı gelmiştik. Oturma alanları çok konforlu, akşamları terasten manzara harika. Veranda da grille eğlenceli anlar yaşadık. Özellikle 4 kişilik aileler için ideal. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz."

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Caja sehr genossen! Das Haus ist geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend, und die Terrasse mit den Liegen bot einen perfekten Platz zum Entspannen. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein tolles Extra. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und wir konnten problemlos selbst kochen. Das WLAN funktionierte meistens zuverlässig. Die ruhige Lage im Naturschutzgebiet war wunderbar, auch wenn man merkte, dass man etwas abgelegen ist. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswerter Ort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub."

"Had a wonderful week at Villa Caja with my family. The villa is spacious and well-equipped—the pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the jacuzzi in the bedroom for evening soaks. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the furnished veranda was ideal for our nightly dinners. WiFi was a bit patchy at times, but honestly, that felt right for the secluded location. The privacy screen around the property was brilliant. Staff were helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway."
