Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Idana 2 exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of loungers, and we loved the jacuzzi in the master bedroom for evening relaxation. The villa is spacious and well-equipped—the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. WiFi worked reasonably well most of the time, though it did drop occasionally. The privacy from neighboring properties was a real bonus. Staff were helpful and responsive. We'd definitely return for another stay."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Idana 2! Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich, besonders die Liegen rundherum zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein schönes Extra. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens, nur gelegentlich schwächer - aber das ist kein großes Problem. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Sichtschutz gibt echte Privatsphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Familienurlaub!"

"Villa Idana 2'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Havuz çok temiz ve rahatlatıcıydı, likte güneşlenmek gerçekten keyifliydi. Villa çok iyi tasarlanmış, oturma odası ve mutfak her şeyle donatılmış. Jacuzzi özellikle çok hoş bir sürpriz oldu. WiFi bazen zayıftı ama doğal bir alanda olduğunu anlıyoruz. Masa tenisi masası çocuklara çok eğlenceli geldi. Temizlik mükemmeldi, personel de çok yardımcı ve kibar. Aile tatili için mükemmel bir yer. Herkese tavsiye ederim."

"Villa Idana 2'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz çok temiz ve rahatlatıcıydı, özellikle çocuklar havuz kenarındaki şezlonglarda vakit geçirmeyi sevdi. Villa çok iyi tasarlanmış, açık mutfaklı geniş oturma odası ailece bir arada olmak için mükemmel. Wifi biraz zayıf olabiliyor ancak doğanın ortasında olmayı düşününce anlaşılabilir. Masöz yatak ve masa tenisi masası gibi ekstralar gerçekten hoşuma gitti. Sadece şunu söyleyebilirim: herkese tavsiye ediyorum!"

"Villa Idana 2'de geçirdiğimiz hafta harika oldu. Havuz çok temiz ve rahatlatıcıydı, özellikle sıcak günlerde aile için mükemmel bir kaçış noktası. Villa gerçekten ferah ve iyi tasarlanmış, tüm odaların modern donanımı var. Mutfak her şeyle donatılmış, barbekü yapması çok kolay. Wifi biraz zayıf olsa da, doğanın ortasında olmak bunu telafi etti. Çocuklar masa tenisi oynarken çok eğlendi. Huzurlu ve özel bir ortam, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."

"Villa Idana 2 exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The private pool was fantastic, and the kids spent hours playing table tennis while we relaxed on the loungers. The villa felt spacious and comfortable with everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, that forced us to unplug and enjoy the peaceful setting. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a lovely surprise. Only minor complaint was the air conditioning could've been stronger, but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return."
