Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Marya with our family. The villa was spotless and spacious, perfect for six people. We loved the pool surrounded by loungers—great for relaxing in the sun. The location is brilliant, just 3km from the beach, and the privacy screens meant we felt completely secluded. The jacuzzi in one bedroom was a lovely touch. WiFi was decent most of the time, though occasionally dropped due to the nature reserve location. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy. Staff was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Marya! Die Lage ist fantastisch - nur 3 km zum Strand und wirklich ruhig gelegen. Der Pool war täglich ein Highlight für die ganze Familie, und die Terrasse mit den Liegen perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Villa ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens gut, gelegentliche Schwankungen sind kein großes Problem. Besonders schön war der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer - sehr romantisch! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Sauberkeit hätte beim Ankunft etwas besser sein können. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen!"

"Villa Marya exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The pool area was fantastic, and we spent most afternoons lounging by the water. The villa is incredibly spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. Location-wise, being just 3km from the beach was perfect—close enough for convenience but far enough to feel secluded. The jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms was a lovely touch. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, that forced us to actually relax and disconnect. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed."
