Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Asella 1 exceeded our expectations for a four-person getaway. The pool was fantastic, and we loved relaxing on the loungers with great privacy thanks to the screening. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice touch, and we had fun playing table tennis between swims. The open-plan living area was comfortable and well-equipped. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn't mind disconnecting. The grilling setup on the veranda was perfect for our evening meals. Highly recommend for families seeking a peaceful retreat."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Asella 1! Der Pool war herrlich, besonders die Liegen rundherum waren perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich großzügig – der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein besonderes Highlight. Die Küche funktioniert gut, und die Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit war ideal für gemütliche Abende. Das WLAN war etwas schwach, aber das ist kein großes Problem angesichts der schönen Lage. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Gerne wieder!"

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Asella 1 verbracht! Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich an den heißen Tagen, und die Terrasse mit den Liegen bot einen perfekten Platz zum Entspannen. Das Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein tolles Extra. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und funktional. Das WLAN funktioniert meist problemlos. Der Garten bietet schöne Privatsphäre durch den Sichtschutz. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Tischtennisplatte war leider nicht mehr nutzbar. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!"

The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice touch we didn't expect. The villa felt genuinely clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. WiFi was a bit temperamental at times, but honestly, we didn't mind disconnecting. The open-plan living space was comfortable for our group of four, and the fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy. We'd definitely return."
