Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Ricona exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The sea views are absolutely stunning, and the privacy provided by the screening was perfect for us. The pool area is beautifully maintained with plenty of loungers. The house itself is spotless and well-equipped—the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the spacious living room was great for relaxing. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a lovely touch. WiFi worked reasonably well despite the natural surroundings. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape!"

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Ricona verbracht! Der Meerblick ist absolut atemberaubend und der Pool mit den gemütlichen Liegen war perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Jacuzzi war ein besonderes Highlight. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens, aber wie erwähnt kann es schwach sein. Die schattige Veranda ist ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Insgesamt ein fantastisches Urlaubserlebnis mit Privatsphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Ricona with our family. The sea views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, and the pool was perfect for cooling off during hot afternoons. The villa was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms was a lovely touch. WiFi worked most of the time, though it did drop occasionally—nothing too frustrating. The layout was spacious and comfortable, ideal for families. We'd definitely return and recommend it to friends."

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Ricona verbracht! Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend und der Pool einfach herrlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist praktisch und vollständig, perfekt für selbstgekochte Mahlzeiten. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein tolles Extra. Das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, aber das ist verschmerzbar angesichts der ruhigen Lage. Der Sichtschutz bietet Privatsphäre und die möblierte Veranda eignet sich hervorragend für Grillabende. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
