Cancellation&Refund Conditions
  • Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:
  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.
  • From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Casa 1'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz gerçekten çok güzel ve gizlilik açısından mükemmel. Yatak odasındaki jakuzi inanılmaz rahatlatıcı oldu. Temizlik standartları çok yüksekti, her şey düzenli ve hijyenik durumda bulunuyordu. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, terastaki güneşlenme alanları ise maksimum konfor sağlıyordu. WiFi bazen biraz zayıfladı ancak doğanın ortasında olmamız nedeniyle bu normal. Dört kişilik grup için ideal boyutlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Casa 1! Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend und die Terrasse mit den Liegen perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein tolles Extra. Das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, aber das haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen für die ruhige Lage. Der Sichtschutz im Garten bot privacy und die Grillveranda hat Spaß gemacht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Familienurlaub!"

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Casa 1 verbracht! Die Villa ist gemütlich eingerichtet und der private Pool mit den Liegen war herrlich zum Entspannen. Der Sichtschutz gab uns das Gefühl von vollständiger Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse perfekt für gemeinsame Grillabende. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens zuverlässig, gelegentliche Unterbrechungen sind kein großes Problem. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein besonderes Highlight. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gerne wieder!"

"Our stay at Casa 1 was absolutely lovely. The villa is perfectly sized for our family of four, and we appreciated the private pool and jacuzzi tucked away in one of the bedrooms—such a nice touch. The terrace was ideal for lazy afternoons with a book, and we had a wonderful evening grilling on the veranda. The layout is really well-designed with comfortable living spaces. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, it encouraged us to disconnect and actually relax. Everything we needed was there, and the privacy was fantastic."

"Casa 1'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Villa çok temiz ve konforlu, özellikle jacuzzi ile uyku odası harika bir dokunuş. Havuzun etrafındaki teras mükemmel, güneşlenmek için ideal yerler var. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, grilleme için veranda çok pratik. WiFi biraz zayıf olabiliyor ama doğanın içinde olduğu için anlaşılır. Gizlilik çok iyi sağlanmış, rahat bir ortam. Wifi biraz zayıf olsa da, doğa içinde olduğumuz için bunu anladık. Veranda'da yapılan ızgara akşamları ailece çok güzel anılar yaptık. Mutfak eksiksiz donanımlı, oturma alanları ferah ve konforlu. Geniş oturma alanı ve iyi donanımlı mutfak ailece yemek pişirmek için idealdu. Wifi bazen zayıf olsa da, doğanın içinde bu beklenen bir şeydi. Havuz etrafındaki şezlonglar harika, güneşin altında kitap okumak için mükemmel. Tüm ayrıntılar düşünülmüş ve konforlu bir ortam yaratılmış. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."
